i found the hotel quite suitable for my business needs. its cleanliness and quiet atmosphere really stood out. the easy access to public transport and local amenities made things simple.. plus, staff knowledge of the area helped a lot. i appreciated the functional design of the room and the proximity to everything i needed.
the curtain in my room didn't close completely, letting light in.

poor ventilation early noise
the location was central with parking , a feature i found acceptable.
my recent experience was disappointing. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation , causing moisture to linger and the room to feel uncomfortable. the cleaning staff created a lot of noise at 8 in the morning , i found this disruptive. the heating system also did not function well , which impacted my comfort.

fresh choices attentive staff excellent location
the daily breakfast was excellent with fresh choices. i especially enjoyed the bacon, sausage, and tomatoes. justin and fenna were very attentive and professional (. the hotel is near ealing broadway tube and train station.
the curtains did not block the sun completely, so the room became quite bright in the early morning.
