acceptable stay, slight disappointment
perfect location paddington station small room tired room
the receptionist at our arrival seemed nice and helpful, the location is just perfect because it is close to paddington station.
the room was small, the shower room was like a cabin on a ship, water went everywhere when the shower was on. it seemed like the room needed an update, it looked quite tired.

friendly staff late check-out lovely breakfast
The reception staff was so friendly and helpful , this added an amazing touch! I had a super late check-out. The breakfast was lovely, especially great for families, so filling!
The room, while clean, felt a little small, I think! But the location and service more than made up for it.

FANTASTIC Stay near Paddington!
plentiful options comfortable stay friendly staff local pub
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I found plentiful options for a traditional English breakfast. My room was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, toiletries, coffee, tea, and a hairdryer. Staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered a welcome drink at a local pub across the street.
The room was on the smaller side, a bit compact, but it suited my needs for a short stay.

The reception staff were helpful and considerate. One AMAZING guy at the reception even told me about places to visit and gave directions. They provided UNLIMITED coffee and water, much appreciated.

The location is GREAT. It is a short walk to Paddington station. The hotel also offered easy access to transport. It was perfect for seeing a concert and exploring the area.

the staff were helpful on arrival. i found a wide array of teas and coffees available in the lounge, it was convenient. the hotel provided a complimentary drink at a nearby pub, i found that to be a nice touch.
the room had slightly limited space.

station access complete kitchenette included breakfast
the hotel's location rocks! paddington station is super close, a quick two-minute walk, it's awesome. the kitchenette had everything, a stove, fridge, and microwave. i loved that breakfast was included because it helped fuel me up for the day.
The shower stall was really small. I almost had to stand sideways. it was a bit tight, that's all
