The hotel decor featured beautiful dark wood, deep colors, and unique artwork. My room was spacious. A huge comfy bed was a welcome sight after a long journey! The staff welcomed me warmly with genuine smiles.
There was no clear information provided about the hotel facilities when I checked in. I had to ask separately about the gym hours.

privacy issue
The check-in was a mess. it was sorted only after i showed my payment receipt. the bathroom door lacked privacy. A bit more privacy would've been appreciated. this added unnecessary stress to my stay.
