The location was convenient. It was a short walk to many city attractions (I especially appreciated how close it was to the shops!). The staff members were friendly. They were happy to help with any requests.
The pillows provided little support. When I asked for firmer alternatives, I learned none were available. The room lacked air conditioning (this was a problem, as it got quite warm).

the location is very central. staff was very helpful and friendly. i found the room quite spacious. the room was quiet despite the central location.

the room included a large window with blackout curtains. the bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily. a hairdryer and a tea and coffee maker were also available.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. location is good because its quite near the train station. i wasn't encounter any stairs when i went to the hotel and it was very helpful since i had a large suitcase.
the rooms are very small and hot and do not have air-con. the hotel look old and the beds are quite uncomfortable.

I found the staff helpful. Anna upgraded my room after my train was delayed. the room was super clean and included great facilities. the location was also a big plus because it was a short walk to the train station, convenient for my travel plans.

The staff allowed me to leave my luggage for three days before my visit. This helped me enjoy my tour without carrying heavy bags. They also let me keep my luggage on the day of checkout, very convenient.
The room did not have ANY windows, not good on a warmer day. my room was very hot.
