The team rescued my travel plans with their great hospitality. Michaella and Olivia found me a great alternative hotel nearby when there was a misunderstanding with the room. They even treated me to lunch and coffee while i waited. The afternoon became really lovely! The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and the manager offered a dinner reservation since it was almost fully booked.

the warm welcome from the staff was fantastic! the manager explained everything about my stay. the location proved great and convenient for exploring. the minibar was well stocked, a great convenience after a long day. the espresso machine in the room added a touch of luxury.
it was very hot! i had to keep the window open all the time, which let in a lot of noise.
