Rooms range from comfortable 'wee doubles' to opulent Orkney Suites, some featuring Instagrammable roll-top copper baths by four-poster beds. Bright bathrooms have Noble Isle toiletries and distinctive herringbone tiling or boldly patterned floors, while deep colors, bold wallpapers, and Persian-style rugs connect the old and new elements throughout The Roseate Edinburgh.

Scottish Culinary Experience

The Ba' Bar & Lounge specializes in food made with local, seasonal Scottish produce from small suppliers. This relaxed space hosts all-day dining with one of Edinburgh's widest selections of rare and vintage whiskies, while afternoon tea offers freshly prepared sandwiches, kitchen-baked cakes, and scones with locally made jam.

Versatile Event Spaces

The newly refurbished Stroma Lounge in Hampton House seats up to 35 guests for dinner or 60 for cocktail receptions, ideal for boardroom-style gatherings and seminars. The picturesque garden provides a beautiful backdrop for events, while Ryrie's Bar, a traditional railway tavern established in 1868, features original stained glass windows from Edinburgh's historic breweries.
