the room was beautifully decorated.. the four poster bed felt special. there was ample space for all our belongings, which helped us settle in comfortably. the bathroom was amazing with plenty of space.
The mattress was a bit lumpy. This impacted my sleep quality.

i found the room very comfortable with all of its facilities. the bathroom included a large shower with strong water current. a heated floor. breakfast was excellent , i was thankful for the great selection.
the staff seemed a little unenthusiastic during check-in.

the evening meal was the best this year, every bite burst with different flavors and the chef cooked it flawlessly. breakfast was cooked to order with hot food served quickly. i loved that residents receive a 15% discount on the evening meal. staying in a georgian house steeped in 200 years of history was great.
i found that the hotel had exterior structural work happening, so the view was unsightly. our room felt a little tired, sadly. it was a bit uncomfortable.

the hotel is tucked away on a quiet side street just off a main road. it is only a short walk to the playhouse and a very walkable distance to main attractions. i found this location very convenient.
