I found the location really good. It allowed easy access to key shopping areas. The variety of restaurants in the immediate area provided great dining options. The room offered soundproofing, which helped to block outside noise. Staff members were consistently helpful and friendly, which enhanced the overall experience.
The stairwell access to upper floors proved a bit confusing initially due to the building's layout.

i noticed some noise outside my door from the cleaning staff. it was early and they were on their phone, it wasn't ideal.

The location was superb. It was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. Check-in was easy (and i even got a welcome drink).
The facilities were basic. The shower was not great. I noticed some signs of black mould in the floor (which was not nice).

the location is fantastic. it was easy to find, and they allowed an early check-in. the room was clean and cozy, just like the bathroom. the bar at the place stays open a bit later than other pubs, that's really handy for night owls like myself.
our room was on the third floor. the stairs were quite narrow.
