adequate, but some issues found
bad odor inconsistent room service
The bathroom lacked proper ventilation. A bad odor was always present. the room service proved inconsistent. I found dirty towels returned to the shelf and the bed unmade. This affected breakfast.

The room was indeed spacious. It also had more kitchen appliances than I expect from similar hotels. The location is nice as well. I walked about 15 minutes to the city center.
The floor in my bedroom was not clean. It feels sticky and I see a lot of spilt drinks stains. They didn't restock the room with clean mugs after the first night. It caused a problem for me.

the room included a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. i found the queen studio very clean upon arrival. breakfast had good variety, including hot and cold options.
the elevator was a bit slow at peak times.

an okay stay with a major issue
The breakfast offered a decent variety of options. SOME items were warm.
The noise levels were AWFUL. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and adjacent rooms. there was no soundproofing at all. It was nearly impossible to sleep.

the location was convenient for the event i attended nearby. the size of the room was more than adequate. i also found the mini kitchen with its microwave and dishwasher surprisingly useful.
the breakfast service felt disorganized. items were frequently missing, such as bread and sausages!
