My room featured a terrace. it was very clean. the bathroom products had good quality. i found the location to be excellent. The amenities also suited my needs perfectly. the rooftop bar features a sauna.
i noticed considerable noise from the surrounding party area. this was particularly noticeable at night.

The staff provided a friendly welcome, and i found them to be generally helpful. Alejandro, david and paul provided very helpful assistance. they quickly fulfilled all my requests.

The rooms had such a beautiful, decorative touch. I felt completely immersed in nature with the fake plants creating a lovely botanical atmosphere. the balcony, overlooking the tree crowns with a mountain view, offered a tranquil escape. the pedestrian area made it so easy to explore many bars and restaurants, a definite plus. the staff was genuinely the best!
There was just a slight noise disturbance from local nightclubs. It wasn't overwhelming, but noticeable.

Room service from azul selva delivered really good meals. I savored every bite within the cozy confines of my room. a great variety of cafés were within easy walking distance, providing ample opportunities to explore local culinary delights. the rooftop bar provided good views alongside refreshing drinks.

The room was tastefully decorated. The conditioning, shampoo and body cream were of high quality, a pampering touch. the bed felt cozy. I slept so well each night, enveloped in its comfort. the balconies included bean chairs. A perfect spot.

The hotel is on a vibrant, tree-lined pedestrian street in a lively area. It felt both safe and central. many cafés and restaurants were easily accessible. a nearby metro station is within a reasonable walk, providing convenient city access.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They promptly and courteously attended to any requests. housekeeping was quick and fantastic. My room always felt fresh and inviting. the front desk people were helpful!

The room was very very comfy and tidy. I liked the King Room Balcony I had. The balcony provided good views. Staff was friendly and helpful to every guest.
The street can get noisy sometimes. I found the soundproofing was not great. the gym is small and there are few equipments.
