The location proved very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions (i especially enjoyed the proximity to local eateries). i found the christmas decorations added a festive touch to the hotel. the enclosed garden area was peaceful. It provided a relaxing space with trees and comfortable seating.
The coffee machine in the breakfast bar did not provide satisfactory coffee. I preferred getting coffee from a nearby bistrot.

staff members were very courteous and responsive to my needs; they promptly addressed my requests. excellent customer service was evident throughout my stay. maximilien, the concierge, was particularly helpful and polite.

the room was extremely clean and larger than most rooms i have experienced. hot water and water pressure were consistently great. the bed was comfortable, contributing to a restful experience (the quiet atmosphere certainly helped).

the hotel is a short walk from bastille, providing easy access to the area. the hotel's location near the metro station made it easy to navigate. i found several restaurants and a supermarket nearby, adding to the convenience.

the staff displayed friendliness. the hotel location provided convenient access to restaurants. i appreciated the cleanliness of my classic room. i stayed for two nights.

I found the staff helpful. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the television in my room. the location suited my needs perfectly. It was close to the metro station. i liked the varied breakfast options. the interior courtyard provided a serene escape from the city.
the bathroom, though functional, felt a bit small, and i noticed the water pressure in the shower was somewhat inconsistent.
