The minibar policy was rather annoying i must say. not being able to store my own water? really?! i also found the staff a bit too eager to chat. It felt a bit intrusive, and i am not the most talkative person! the breakfast was okay but the breakfast dining room was a bit slow!!

the location was acceptable due to its proximity to various attractions.
I encountered a problem with the in-room safe. It malfunctioned and locked my valuables inside. accessing assistance required multiple calls to the front desk and a significant wait time. the resolution involved a technician which inconvenienced my schedule considerably. the process lacked the efficiency expected and added unnecessary stress to my stay.
