The hotel location was ideal for exploring nearby markets. I found it easy to reach shopping areas and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided helpful directions! The rooftop bar offered beautiful views and nice evenings.
The gym was small! I wished there were more equipment available.

The hotel's location is excellent as it provides convenient access to shopping centers and various attractions. The staff showed very nice attentiveness by arranging rose petals and chocolates in our room for our honeymoon. I also appreciated the accessible location near Pratunam Night Market and Platinum Fashion Mall, a definite plus for avid shoppers like me.
I noticed a small amount of hair on the bathroom floor upon my initial check-in.

The room was clean, a plus. This is something I always appreciate.
The rooftop bar seemed perpetually closed. I stayed for several nights. It was open sporadically, not exactly reliable. I also found the soundproofing lacking. Hallway noise was quite noticeable.
