juice selection helpful staff sun bed morning coffee
The breakfast had a great juice selection. Helpful staff assisted me after check out. I had continued secure access to internet after leaving. I also had access to showers before my late night departure.
The pool was full of people reserving sun beds. The bar did not open until 12:30. This meant no morning coffee was available. It really didn't work for our family.

I found the location very convenient. The sky train link was helpful. the room was spacious and impeccably clean. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, a generous spread with western and asian dishes, all clearly labelled (important for my dietary needs).
The elevators could be slow. There sometimes was a wait.

my room had a comfortable king-size bed and large windows that provided fine city views. the bathroom included a separate shower and bathtub, along with ample counter space (always appreciated!). the room was also equipped with a minibar and a tv.
