sewer odordismissive response
i encountered a persistent sewer odor in the bathroom it seemed to emanate from the sink area this was unpleasant. additionally communicating with the hotel about a lost item was disappointing i received a dismissive response indicating they could not assist further. this lack of support following my departure was disheartening i expected better assistance from such a hotel. the reply indicated my item was considered lost immediately which felt premature.

the lobby was beautiful with amazing facilities the staff were friendly and helpful at check in i received welcome amenities delivered directly to my room the hotel also stored my bags until check in time this was helpful as i arrived early.
the bathroom had weak water pressure from the shower heads which was a slight inconvenience

The hotel enjoys a super good location. I found the food good, and the customer service was also good. I liked the nice cocktails (I tried the Martini).
The room had a constant issue with odor. The smell seemed to be coming from the bathroom sink. This leaking odor was not good at all.
