The rooms are quite spacious and alright; however, they are super small, making it difficult to fully open the shower door. The service was super friendly, especially Ms. Abdulkadir, the duty manager, who was very helpful. The location is fantastic for exploring Istanbul, close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although advertised with a balcony and 'king size' bed, were quite noisy due to the loud music from the bars below, making it difficult to sleep early. The room size also didn't match the photos online. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mr Abdul-Aziz, the Concierge. The location was great, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and lively nightlife. However, the dining options were below expectations and could use improvement.
