Sensational Stay! Highly Recommend!

The breakfast selection included a chef at the omelette station, and it was GREAT. I got upgraded to an Executive King Room on the 14th floor. It had AMAZING views of the Gherkin and Shard. The bathroom included White Company toiletries and the room featured a separate lounge area. The indoor pool provided a really relaxing experience!

The reception lady booked us in quickly and gave us a complimentary upgrade! The staff took care of us for the duration of our stay. They were lovely and attentive, and the service was nice.

The selection of food for dinner was great, and I had a lovely meal. It was good value! The staff are really attentive, especially Kazi, who provided an excellent friendly service. We will definitely have breakfast in the morning!!!

breakfast included many options with delicious food. the executive king room was spacious. the room upgrade was a super cool surprise! aleisha deserves a medal for making it happen. comfy bed and great spa facilities were available!
I waited a long time! it was quite annoying and caused delays.
