the location was accessible to transportation, which met my basic needs.
The room i booked, a superior twin room, felt quite dated. cleaning in the corridors was inconsistent. I saw dirty dishes left out for extended periods. i also found the reception staff rather aloof during checkout.

The room was spacious and clean. It included all necessities for a comfortable stay.
The security deposit process was not smooth. I was charged more than authorized, and it has been difficult to get the difference back. It makes one feel mistreated even though the hotel is otherwise nice.

I appreciated the friendly reception staff. Their help made check-in quick! The location proved very convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. My superior queen room sofa had a fridge. Water was included, A nice bonus. I found that staff really looked after the guests.
