adequate but unremarkable stay
dated room inconsistent cleaning
the location was accessible to transportation, which met my basic needs.
The room i booked, a superior twin room, felt quite dated. cleaning in the corridors was inconsistent. I saw dirty dishes left out for extended periods. i also found the reception staff rather aloof during checkout.

Acceptable Stay, Disappointing Detail
The room was spacious and clean. It included all necessities for a comfortable stay.
The security deposit process was not smooth. I was charged more than authorized, and it has been difficult to get the difference back. It makes one feel mistreated even though the hotel is otherwise nice.

Convenient Stay near Hammersmith Apollo
friendly staff convenient location included water
I appreciated the friendly reception staff. Their help made check-in quick! The location proved very convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. My superior queen room sofa had a fridge. Water was included, A nice bonus. I found that staff really looked after the guests.
I noticed the sofa bed was not very comfortable for my daughter. She struggled to sleep on the end. That meant, i finished on in! the room's comfort overall was adequate.
