beautiful hotel thai breakfast plastic section unprofessional staff cold pool water employee smile
The staff are very gracious. the hotel is beautiful. The room is even more so. breakfast included thai, western, indian, japanese and more every day. the clear plastic sections off the pool area. it keeps little ones safe. it was a very nice touch.
this is unprofessional, especially at this level. some employees looked like they did not even want to be there. there was not a single smile. it states 28 degrees.

Decent stay with some drawbacks

The room was very spacious. The view was nice and the service was good. The beds were comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.
The prices at the bars were quite high. The hotel felt a bit dated (especially in the rooms).

Lovely Tower Club Experience
attentive staff perfect breakfast river view room upgrade
The staff elevated my experience. The attentiveness and willingness to assist with every request stood out. Breakfast provided a splendid array of choices, with items cooked to perfection. I received an upgrade to the Tower Club Suite River View Lounge. The views from the room were Fine, overlooking the river.
The hallway carpets looked slightly worn and could use some updating.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival with a refreshing herbal drink and a cold towel. This was much appreciated after a long journey. A personal escort to the suite included a chocolate welcome. Their kindness.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. I found fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes were constantly replenished, which ensured freshness. Sirocco sky bar offered great views and the beverages were well prepared.

acceptable stay with issues
traffic noise bed request
check-in service were smooth and the staff was polite.
My request for a twin bed room was not met. I received a king bed. traffic noise at night meant sleeping was difficult. soundproofing is a must here.

The suite had city views. I enjoyed them from the high balcony. A duty manager welcomed me warmly. The staff was kind.
