Lovely Tower Club Experience

The staff elevated my experience. The attentiveness and willingness to assist with every request stood out. Breakfast provided a splendid array of choices, with items cooked to perfection. I received an upgrade to the Tower Club Suite River View Lounge. The views from the room were Fine, overlooking the river.
The hallway carpets was slightly worn and could use some updating.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival with a refreshing herbal drink and a cold towel. This was much appreciated after a long journey. A personal escort to the suite included a chocolate welcome. Their kindness.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. I found fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes were constantly replenished, which ensured freshness. Sirocco sky bar offered great views and the beverages were well prepared.

check-in service were smooth and the staff was polite.
My request for a twin bed room was not met. I received a king bed. traffic noise at night meant sleeping was difficult. soundproofing is a must here.
