attentive staff club lounge rooftop pool

The Club Lounge access included breakfast and bites with drinks for lunch and dinner. The presentation of food and wine at the Club Lounge was superior. Elzim, Meryem, Boran and Gulcon were very attentive in the lounge. The rooftop pool had ample space to relax.

I noticed the staff seemed very busy and not always available for help.

The massage was amazing. Nana and mai were very experienced. reception was helpful when making bookings. my experience at the spa was fabulous overall.

i was never warned about it, which ruined every morning.

The indoor pool is a good size and features an amazing ceiling. it reminded me of the venetian in las vegas. It had a beautiful renaissance-era art piece that depicted the venetian sky, only on a smaller scale.

The staff constantly displayed smiles and remembered names, especially berkay. His approach. i found the breakfast to be amazing and the nobu experience was also great. it was better than matsuhisa in munich.
