From the efficient welcoming reception to the spacious comfortable room, the hotel offers a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious with a very comfortable bed and great pillows, but could benefit from more light. The location is very convenient and boasts numerous easy-access restaurants. The service is helpful, cordial, and fluent in English, making the overall experience enjoyable. However, the dining experience, while very good with lots of vegetarian options, is somewhat unorganized. The facilities provided are well-appointed and meet expectations.
The hotel is located in a lovely 'village' of Bercy, close to Bercy Village with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a cinema. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, great for a family with two large double beds and soft robes. The service is consistently friendly and helpful, although sometimes overwhelmed during breakfast. The dining options could use more variety and cater to religious diets. The location offers a nice escape from the crowded areas but is slightly far from all restaurants and attractions.
