The architecture impressed me very much. I loved that some original details was carefully retained. The location is very close to the station, it is a great advantage.

The corridors in Barlow House had poor lighting. the stairs are not maintained well. It is really a disgrace.

the location proved very convenient. It was proximate to the rail. my bags were securely looked after by the concierge after i checked out, i could spend the day without luggage.

housekeeping knocked several times to ask about my departure, it reminded me of i was being harassed. i had to wait a while for breakfast, but the manager offered mimosas. the soft bed caused me to sink into it, i found it quite uncomfortable.

the chambers junior suite had a king bed, so that was acceptable..

The television in my room did not work. Imagine my dismay. the wifi was also completely unreliable, hardly ideal when you pay such prices. frankly, the staff seemed impersonnel. Perhaps they see too many credit cards and not enough human beings..
