The room was very comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the desk area for working. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets. The hotel's proximity to nearby attractions made sightseeing very easy. I found the fitness center well-equipped for my workouts.
I experienced a SLIGHT delay at check-in. My room was not quite ready upon my arrival.

mixed experience during stay
inadequate air conditioningslow check-in
i found the air conditioning in my room to be inadequate it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature and this was a problem throughout my stay the check-in process was also slow there seemed to be a lack of staff available and the wait time was excessive i requested additional towels but they were not delivered until the following day after multiple reminders finally i was disappointed with the limited selection of english-language television channels for an international hotel i expect a wider range of options

faulty air conditioningslow check-in
I was not happy with some things. the air conditioning did not work well. It made the room too warm. check-in took a long time also because my room were not ready. i had to wait, and they did not have extra pillows available at that time. it affected my stay a little bit.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The food was tasty. The hotel design had a high standard. The rooms were attractive and luxurious.
The showerhead could not be tightened. I could not take a proper shower because of this. The tube was sticking out. The handle was too hot to hold for hot showers.

the breakfast buffet offered a nice layout. the selection of food was plentiful and great. staff were helpful and attentive during breakfast service.
the air conditioning had some functionality issues . this made the room a bit uncomfortable during the warm days. there was also a slight delay at check-in as my room wasn't quite prepared

the hotel had a great location. it was close to the arc de triomphe. the art deco design was beautiful. the staff was friendly (especially in the breakfast area).
i found some issues . the reception staff was unhelpful. the light system in the room was difficult to use. there was no full-length mirror in the room.
