The room was very comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the desk area for working. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets. The hotel's proximity to nearby attractions made sightseeing very easy. I found the fitness center well-equipped for my workouts.

I experienced a SLIGHT delay at check-in. My room was not quite ready upon my arrival.

mixed experience during stay

inadequate air conditioning slow check-in

i found the air conditioning in my room to be inadequate it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature and this was a problem throughout my stay the check-in process was also slow there seemed to be a lack of staff available and the wait time was excessive i requested additional towels but they were not delivered until the following day after multiple reminders finally i was disappointed with the limited selection of english-language television channels for an international hotel i expect a wider range of options

service issues detract from stay

faulty air conditioning slow check-in

I was not happy with some things. the air conditioning did not work well. It made the room too warm. check-in took a long time also because my room were not ready. i had to wait, and they did not have extra pillows available at that time. it affected my stay a little bit.

adequate stay

food selection attentive staff ac issue check-in delay

the breakfast buffet offered a nice layout. the selection of food was plentiful and great. staff were helpful and attentive during breakfast service.

the air conditioning had some functionality issues . this made the room a bit uncomfortable during the warm days. there was also a slight delay at check-in as my room wasn't quite prepared
