Mixed Feelings About This Stay

The breakfast on level 9 offered a nice view from the terrace and attentive waiting staff.
My room was not properly prepared for the duration of my stay. I was meant to have three beds, but the third bed was not set up and I had to sleep on the sofa. I also found the shower gel dispenser empty when I went to take a shower, inconvenient.

the hotel offered a convenient location near public transport and shops i found the staff receptive and quick to help the breakfast buffet included many options the gym had modern equipment and was clean i also appreciated the pool area
i noticed a little wear and tear in some areas of the room but it was very minor

the room was well-kept and very clean every detail was addressed with precision the space included two separate sinks with a rainfall shower i found the climate control system to be effective and quiet

the hotel is steps away from a metro station it made traveling around the city very easy shops and restaurants are within walking distance near the hotel there is also a supermarket very close.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh food the restaurant served a variety of local and international cuisine i found the service to be attentive in all dining areas the presentation of food was appealing.
