My Beautiful King Room offered a fantastic river view. I loved the convenient location near Icon Siam. It was so close. The breakfast buffet was huge. It had so many choices.

The staff was very supportive. The breakfast buffet offered diversified options. I also enjoyed Executive lounge access throughout the day. I found the food delicious at OXBO restaurant. The open-kitchen experience was fabulous.
The curtain in the room looked dusty. it seemed it was not properly cleaned. The restaurant was overly crowded during one breakfast.

Acceptable Stay, some issues remain

the breakfast had a lot of variety and options, including many for vegetarians.
the room i got was not great. The phone looked like it was from the 90s, and it did not work right. The digital alarm woke ME up at 5am. there were no cups for making tea at first.

the main dining room has outdoor space overlooking the river. the 360 sky bar offers live jazz music. the sunday brunch was great, probably one of the best i have ever tried.
i noticed the curtain in the room was dusty and it was not properly cleaned.

the room had a decent size, maybe 45, 50sqm.
there was no warm welcome upon arrival and no appropriate recognition as a returning guest. the front office staff is not very customer focused. senior management wasn't visible, but local staff were friendly overall.

shuttle boatbathtub drain
The shuttle boat service was not in operation I think it is essential for a riverside hotel. The pool needed better maintenance there were dirty marks and bird droppings on some mattresses. The room felt small for a five-star hotel more like a holiday inn. The cleaning service missed some spots I noticed hair in the sink. The bathtub drain was also blocked it made taking a bath difficult.
