the room was very good and offered comfort. the breakfast options were excellent (i especially liked the bunny pancakes). i enjoyed spending time at the octave rooftop bar, a fantastic experience. the staff was courteous and professional.
i noticed that the bath towels was worn. (this was quite disappointing)

breakfast was good with a lot of options.
checking in felt off. the guy seemed to use a card reader that wasn't working right, and it said my pin was wrong, even when it wasn't. he didn't switch it after i asked. then i had to pay cash for the deposit. another lady helped later and fixed the problem with a different machine.

chef bhatia was very nice . he ensured delicious vegetarian options were available. his attention to detail was evident. the staff are amazing at this hotel, especially noyna, who consistently makes the best hot chocolate and coffee (i always looked forward to it).
the gym is decent, but i've seen better. it does not compare to other hotel gyms i have used.

the bath towels looked worn. they were thin and showed signs of aging, detracting from the expected experience. also, after housekeeping serviced the room, no bathroom mat was placed.
