Ela and Neslihan were very helpful. Mr Sertac at reception was warm and professional. His service was excellent. The room was spacious and super clean. I found it very comfortable. Kapalia Restaurant had really good food. Every meal i had was fresh and delicious.

The Kapalia Restaurant features fresh, delicious meals and offers great service, i noticed. The breakfast buffet had fresh fruits, vegetables, and sweets. Decent coffee was available, though there was no pork at all, of course.

Ms Neslihan and Ms Ceren were very professional. The reception staff was excellent, especially Mr Sertac, assisting with a fast check-in. The guest relationship team had great communication, specifically Hande Ozdemir.

The hotel is close to modern malls, which i found convenient. The metro station is right next to the hotel. Taxis and Uber are convenient and cheap for getting around. The sea view from the room was amazing, it is gorgeous.

The room included modern furniture with needed amenities. I had a lovely view over the sea from the 19th floor. A bathrobe and slippers were in the room, i saw. Quality toiletries were also provided.

The hotel staff were very helpful from the start. Ladies in reception assisted perfectly for everything. They will be the reason i come back here. The view from my room was nice and hotel equipments were ok.
Two of four elevators were out of service. I went to the beach but it was impossible. The hotel area is not clean.

the automatic curtain did not work throughout my entire stay i reported this issue on the first day but it was never fixed the carpets in the room were stained and the room had a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke even though i was on a non-smoking floor

The Customer Relations team provided complimentary access to the VIP Sheraton area on the 24th floor. This included a dinner buffet. I greatly appreciated it. The room offered an very nice view from the 11th floor. The SPA area had a cool design, and the gym featured adequate equipment. Breakfast included delicious selections.
The air conditioning wasn't effective enough. The room remained too warm during the day.
