amazing stay with unbelievable views!!!
unbeatable location rooftop pool delicious breakfast friendly staff
The location is unbeatable! i walked to the ferry and metro in just a few minutes. Exploring was super easy. my room had excellent views, and the rooftop pool views were even better!!! breakfast had so many options, like turkish classics and custom omelets, it was delicious. the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The lobby was a bit small. I would have liked more space to relax there.

The hotel offers a decent indoor pool. a sauna and a steam room to enjoy. a gym is available, equipped with modern equipment for various workout routines. It is very practical.

Breakfast included both turkish classics and omelets made to order. The food was AMAZING!!! there were many choices. the fresh bakery items were a highlight. Everything tasted very nice!!!

Acceptable hotel, some issues
kind staff nice concierge small bathrobe slow internet
the staff was very kind. the concierge was also super nice. the location was good too. the hotel is near the ferry terminal, it's a five minute walk.
the bathrobe was missing from the room, and I had to ask for it. the bathrobes they brought me was too small. the internet was slow, so connecting to wi-fi was difficult.

convenient location spacious room good breakfast
The location was convenient near Kadikoy station. The room was spacious. I found the breakfast to have good choices. It was nice that the room had a sea view after I upgraded.
The florescent LED lights outside made the room not dark at night. The lights were quite bright. I would prefer darker room.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from. I saw fresh omelettes prepared by chefs each morning. The hotel did accommodate special requests to make a vegetarian pizza.

This hotel is very close to ferries for crossing to the other side. The hotel provides easy walking distance to the shuttle bus service. These buses take you to Sabiha Gökçen or the main airport.

Acceptable stay with some issues
inconsistent cleaning missing coffee
The room cleaning was inconsistent. One day, the room wasn't cleaned despite a tip for the cleaning lady. coffee was not provided on two mornings. (I was a bit annoyed.) I had to request it each time, inconvenient.
