i received a welcome drink upon arrival! keng and kate were very helpful with check-in. my name was displayed on the television, and a special welcome treat was waiting in the room! the air conditioning worked perfectly. the breakfast buffet was pretty good! the concierge helped book rides and provide directions. front desk staff answered all my questions! this is service at its finest!

some light switches lacked labels! the bathroom door felt heavy and didn't operate smoothly. i felt this detracted slightly from the overall experience.

chocolab featured a friendly chef with helpful assistants. they described the chocolate details and techniques. the chocolate quality was good. the little girl enjoyed it and had fun with chocolates. there were many ingredients to decorate with. the pool is a destination.

i found the air conditioning to be slightly ineffective. the room sometimes felt a bit too warm for my liking. this minor issue didn't detract too much from my overall positive experience.

i found the rooftop bar really fun. they made it work despite of rain. pond at the bar was nice and friendly. every staff member at the hotel was kind.

the ground floor is just for concierge, i needed to take a lift to the 9th floor for the lobby.
