Staying at the hotel for my wife's birthday weekend was a delightful experience. The rooms were cozy and luxurious with a fantastic pillow menu, but the location may not be the most convenient for public transportation. The service provided by Penny, Benz & Peto was exceptional, making us feel like part of their family during our stay.
The hotel offers high-end amenities in the rooms, including Aesop products and a selection of six different pillows to choose from. The view of the park from the room was stunning, especially when the lights were all switched on. However, the room was not ready at the requested time of 3 PM, despite prior arrangement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great view of Lumphini Park and is filled with freebies, but there are too many light switches. The view from the room is amazing, though I had to wait at the desk for about 25 minutes.
Staying at this hotel was truly a delightful experience. The rooms overlooking the park and the city behind it were fantastic, with a very special decoration that made the stay even more memorable. The service was top-notch, and the location near Lumpini park was unbeatable. The dining experience had some room for improvement, but overall, the facilities were great.
During my stay, I found the hotel to have some great features like clean rooms and a cool atmosphere, but I was disappointed by the run-down condition with broken shower head, switchboard, and lack of a kettle despite having tea bags. The muggy window and walls were also off-putting.
