gym amazing great spa amazing little light natural light lack of help luggage assistance
The gym and spa were amazing. I also really liked the location. It is close to many shops and attractions (so everything is within easy reach).
My room had very little natural light. The room felt dark most of the time. I was also disappointed that no one offered to help with my luggage when i checked out.

the hotel gym had a lot of equipment, acceptable.
the room service was quite slow and somewhat disorganized. i ordered a simple breakfast one morning, yet it arrived almost an hour late. several items were missing, and the eggs were cold, it was frustrating, especially considering the price i paid.

Really good stay and perfect service
beautifully decorated room bluetooth speakers relaxing space
The room had integrated bluetooth speakers, a GREAT option to play music. The spa facilities were relaxing, with a quiet and intimate space. I particularly enjoyed the hidden pool at the back and the floatation devices.
The hairdryer in the room was a bit dated. It required holding down a button continuously.

The hotel's location is convenient. It's situated right near Regent Street. Many of the city's famous sites are just a short distance away (walking).

The staff provided an warm welcome. Every staff member I encountered was professional. Their eagerness to help. I really appreciated it.

The room was not only huge, but beautifully decorated. The design was elegant and modern. Every detail was thoughtfully curated (I noticed!). The room was quiet.

I was wowed by the spacious room. It was a Grand Junior Suite, and I loved it! The huge indoor pool was very relaxing after a long day. The spa area was great too!
