Average stay with some issues
faulty shower poor soundproofing
The shower in my room was problematic (room 315). It alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold without warning. I reported it, but the issue persisted throughout my stay. the soundproofing was not great. I could hear conversations and noise from the hallway quite clearly, interrupting my sleep.

attentive staff ideal location easy access varied choices
The staff was really good. They care about guests. i especially appreciated the attentiveness of the guest experience manager. the location is ideal. it is very close to buckingham palace, offering easy access to many attractions. the breakfast was a super offering a variety of choices.
My room was quite small. There wasn't much room for luggage.

EXCELLENT stay!
friendly staff comfortable stay easy access close proximity
The staff were SO friendly. The location cannot be beaten. I could easily access many eating places nearby and Victoria Station is very close.
The air conditioning was set very cold upon arrival. It took the whole night to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

Breakfast is served in an elegant dining room. I found a great variety and quality of food there. The bar is a relaxing space to have coffee or a drink after a long day.

The hotel is conveniently situated. It is only two to three minutes from Victoria underground station. This is very ideal if you want to use the tube to get around. What a prime spot!!!

good space lovely bathroom quiet atmosphere high holder poor flow water flow
i found the bathroom to have good space. the lovely bathroom included a quiet atmosphere. the room also offered a good space overall.
the shower gel holder was bolted too high. i had difficulty reaching the pump on the shower gel holder. also, the water flow from the shower was very poor.
