great locationrude staffdisorganized front desk
the location was very appreciated because it is right in front of a taxi station.
The front desk staff was very disorganized and seemed overstaffed. the head of the front desk was rude and unhelpful. I arrived early from a long flight and requested early check-in. there was no acknowledgement of my email, and i didn't get to the room until mid and late afternoon.
