The breakfast offered a large variety of fresh items, I really enjoyed it every morning. I also found the location ideal. It was quiet, yet within easy walking distance of many main attractions! I appreciated the beautiful garden. It provided a peaceful escape after a day of sightseeing.
The shower controls mixed hot and cold water with separate controls. It made getting the water temperature correct a bit difficult.

the accommodation was pristine and in a lively area! the hotel was like a serene island right in the busy area. i took advantage of the roof top terrace after a busy day sightseeing. i liked that it was an easy walk to vatican city and castello san angelo.
i noticed some mixed feelings about this hotel, but for me it was a win. i thought the value for money was maybe slightly off, but that's all.

the location was in a quieter part of town! the hotel is near vatican city and castel sant'angelo, which are accessible by foot. there are many restaurants nearby. it is an ideal base for exploring.

i skipped breakfast, but the menu looked delicious. the lunch and dinner options were also delicious, and the hotel offers authentic italian flavours, though i did not like the doves when i was having breakfast in the garden area.

the staff were very professional, attentive, and cute! they were always able to get taxis whenever i needed them and the front desk was friendly and helpful. the housekeeping staff did a great job with their duties.

I found some aspects less than satisfactory. the in-room temperature control seemed ineffective. i adjusted the settings, but the room remained too warm (it was set to 24 degrees upon arrival). also, the shower had an basic control. It required individual adjustments of hot and cold water, a feature i found inconvenient and not aligned with a hotel of this level (it should be single control).

the tv had no signal and staff did not fix it i was disappointed to be placed in a room away from the main building around a corner it was like down an alley.
