Really good stay
clean roomcomfortable roompoor service
The guest room was nice and neat. I appreciated the club lounge, it offered delicious food and excellent services. Mr Niek Hammer, the general manager, was visible. HE greeted guests and ensured everyone received top service.
When i called for more amenities, the helpdesk refused my request. No one served my companion during breakfast.

The hotel features a pool with city views. It is quite excellent. Guests can access the fitness center, which includes modern equipment and also offers personal training sessions. It is a great addition.

The reception staff handled my early check-in efficiently. Room cleaning was thorough, and the laundry service met expectations. I found the complimentary services and helpful guidance at the gate appreciable. The hotel transported me to a japanese environment. Club okura plan included afternoon tea. I skipped dinner for two days because of the excellent service and happy hour benefits.

The staff are very professional and always ready to help. I booked one room instead of two by mistake! The hotel was full, but the staff found a second room on the same floor. The breakfast offered amazing choices. It really was really nice.
I noticed the pool needed some minor upkeep. There was a bit of debris floating on the water's surface. It could have been cleaner.

The suite included a comfortable super king bed. It also featured two televisions. One television was in the bedroom, and the other was in the generously sized lounge. Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese selections at a high standard. The fresh produce was of high quality.

The location was convenient, near transportation options. Though the parking was expensive.
The room needed updates. It felt outdated. The air conditioning emitted a strange odor, I found this unpleasant. Maintenance is needed for the rooms.
