amazing stay, a true gem!

the staff were amazing. i showed up early, and my bags were already in the room when i returned later. i really liked the amazing choice of delicious food at breakfast. i also used the room service, and its service was great.

the bathroom felt a little tired, with tiles not very clean.

I enjoyed the breakfast served in the beautiful atrium. There was a very tasty, diverse and quality selection. a separate waiter provides service, so you can just enjoy breakfast in a beautiful atmosphere. it was great!

my room was amazing and spacious, decorated attractively and with a comfortable bed. i liked the large bathroomwith a good bath and separate shower. the hotel always smells very nice in the corridors, a big plus.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. The service from the breakfast servers was very attentive and accommodating. I appreciate they ensured I had everything I needed. The location near the metro station made getting around quite convenient.

The elevators seemed to operate independently, I found the waiting times rather lengthy. The hotel appears somewhat dated. I believe it could benefit from updates. The amount I paid for the room did not seem worth the experience.

prompt communication personal touch extended checkout courteous team

maria and lorena provided fantastic communication before arrival. evie thoughtfully set up a playtent, a personal touch . i appreciated linda extending our checkout time, it allowed a relaxed final morning. daniel from room service and the doorman team were courteous and professional.

the promised extra towels for my daughter did not arrive in the room after dinner, it was a slight inconvenience.
