mixed feelings about my stay
chaotic sceneendurance test
The queues for breakfast were longer than the river thames, seriously. i think i spent half my stay waiting for a table. It was a chaotic scene, not exactly the relaxing start to the day one hopes for. they seemed to operate on their own schedule. i swear, i aged a year every time i waited for one. It reminded me of i was participating in some kind of endurance test.

The spacious lobby impressed me immediately upon arrival. reception staff provided really good assistance, showing great hospitality. the atmosphere was very relaxed. I felt very comfortable during my entire stay.
my room was large but very dimly lit, and it wasn't the warmest, even with the hot air setting on.

the room wasn't as clean AS i would like, smeary mirrors and hair in the toilet on check-in. we had to ask for towels every single day. the pillows were pretty hard, tough to sleep.

the hotel room was very clean with many useful facilities. the bed felt very comfy. i was upgraded so i had a fabulous view. the studio room is great for any long stay. the digital key gave me lots of freedom.
