The taxi service provided by the hotel was very easy. It was also a great way to get around and was very cheap. The staff was VERY helpful.
Air con did not turn off even though it was off. Our room was FREEZING cold all the time. I also got a dirty bath towel and they didn't restock our toilet paper.
