The staff were very helpful and indulged my desire to communicate. the gym opened early and the breakfast was decent. i enjoyed the cafe area near the lobby. It was useful to work from.
the beds were not comfortable at all. the sofabed for my daughter wasn't comfortable, and it was noisy. we didn't sleep well at all.

the staff was friendly and helpful, it was a true pleasure. i noticed a beautiful view facing west from my room, i could see the sunset. it was also nice having a fridge and nespresso coffee maker. the supermarket nearby was handy.
the cleaning was not ideal . i observed dust on the floor throughout the entire period. the tables were not properly cleaned.

the staff met me with a warm welcome and answered all my questions. (i found oona, hanna, and sushil to be particularly helpful.) the location is close to public transport, including the metro. i found the food delicious, especially dinner at the hotel restaurant.
the beds were not really comfortable. i had a sofabed, and it was quite noisy. i could not sleep well.
