I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms needed some remodeling, and the breakfast ended at 7 a.m., which was later than I expected. The lobby being locked from 11 to 7 was inconvenient as I couldn't use the microwave. Additionally, being asked to leave the property for having a cat was off-putting. However, the service was very nice and helpful, and the location along interstate highway exits was convenient, despite some upgrades happening. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was unclean with a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom, an empty soda bottle on the floor, and dirty carpet that seemed to have been neglected for a long time. The service, on the other hand, was friendly and attentive. The location had its ups and downs, being close to the interstate highway exits but constantly out of essential items. The dining options were subpar, with limited breakfast choices and inconvenient lobby hours. The facilities were lacking, especially considering the upsetting incident of being placed near a recent tragic event without any warning.
