Adc - Albergaria Do Calvario - By Unlock Hotels is a 4-star hotel housed in a 16th century olive oil mill in the heart of Évora, next to Portas de Moura. Evidence of the hotel's past life can be seen in the sunny, terra-cotta-paved courtyard, where a giant millstone sits among greenery and cafe tables shaded by large umbrellas.
