the location was very convenient allowing easy access to the cathedral. the room had everything i needed. the staff were particularly helpful during my birthday celebration providing a bottle of bubbly.
the ventilation system in the restroom was somewhat noisy throughout the night, which slightly affected my sleep.

the staff was friendly and efficient and always ready to assist. a receptionist named bea was particularly helpful offering great advice on local dining. i felt supported and well cared for throughout my visit with her assistance.

the staff felt friendly and helpful. the architecture includes spanish features, which i liked. the hotel feels good. the breakfast include great facilities and it was very nice.
the bed was really uncomfortable and caused back pain, it was. i think the bedroom is quite small. the shower had a very clogged drain, it felt unpleasant.
