I just loved this hotel! The rooms were so cozy with my own hot-tub outside on the private balcony, and the kitchenette was a great bonus. The service at the reception desk was top-notch, always there to help out with a big smile. The location in a nice safe area of Palermo was just perfect, close to everything I could possibly need. The included traditional Irish pancakes for dining were a delightful treat!
