I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with spacious and clean rooms that felt more like suites with a separate lounge and bedroom. The staff was incredibly passionate about ensuring every aspect of my visit was enjoyable, even surprising me with a dinner booking at a popular restaurant. The location, just steps from Merida's historic main street, was charming and convenient. The dining experience was of very high standard, especially the fresh fruit and made-to-order eggs. The facilities were excellent, making my stay truly comfortable and memorable.
