I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great and convenient for exploring the city, especially with nice restaurants within walking distance. However, the room size was small and noisy due to being below the rooftop bar, and the service left a lot to be desired with rude and unhelpful staff. The dining options were decent but slow, and the ongoing street works outside were visually unpleasant.

The room was quite small and noisy due to its proximity to the rooftop bar. I had to deal with a malfunctioning door lock that needed maintenance multiple times, disrupting my stay.
Service
5.0
The service was disappointing, with rude and unhelpful staff lacking basic customer service skills. I was asked to fill out a comment card which left me feeling unheard and frustrated.

The hotel's location was very good, offering easy access to the city's attractions and a reliable cab stand nearby. However, ongoing street works detracted from the overall aesthetic appeal of the area.

The hotel facilities, particularly the rooftop pool, spa, and terrace bar, were appealing and added to the overall luxurious vibe of the place.

The hotel had a very modern look in a trendy area with excellent nearby offices and shopping stores. The rooms were tiny and noisy, and the breakfast was expensive for what they offer. The service was subpar with rude and unhelpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring Mexico City but the hotel lacked a friendly atmosphere. The dining experience was poor, but the facilities were upscale with a rooftop pool, spa, and terrace bar.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and really clean, but they looked dated and needed some maintenance. Unfortunately, my room didn't work properly, and I had to have someone come in a couple of times to fix it. The view from the room was also very limited.

Service
9.0
The service I received during my stay was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful, from the bar tender who recommended our new favorite tequila to the front desk person who helped negotiate the Uber to stay at the pyramids and wait for us. They even contacted me to ensure everything was going well. The breakfast was amazing too!
Location

The hotel's location is unbeatable, especially for getting around Mexico City. It's very safe, but currently, it's going under significant streetworks, so aesthetically it's displeasing from outside. However, being in the center of Polanco with lovely restaurants nearby has its charm.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience at the hotel was small but excellent. There were only a few buffet items, but they were very good with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, and excellent coffee. The indulgent pastries were a delight.
Facilities

The hotel has great facilities, including a rooftop pool, spa, and terrace bar. The frosted-glass shell adds a unique touch to the ambiance.

7.8/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and light-filled, looked dated and in need of a facelift. The service, with helpful staff keeping everything immaculate, was great, but there was a lack of accommodation for inconveniences. The location in the fancy neighborhood of Polanco was excellent, with nearby offices, shopping stores, and nice restaurants within walking distance. However, compared to other hotels in the area, it fell a bit short. The dining experience was good, offering continental options, albeit with some limitations. Overall, the hotel offers great potential but also has room for improvement.

The hotel is located in the super fancy neighborhood of Polanco, offering an awesome location with nice restaurants at a walking distance. However, it's not as impressive when compared to other, nicer hotels in the area.

The dining experience was highly recommended, with very good offerings of fresh fruit, pastries, and excellent coffee, though it tends towards continental options with some limitations.

The facilities were good, providing necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Some areas might benefit from updates for a more modern feel.
