Cultivated F+B serves sophisticated contemporary American cuisine and maintains its pride of place as one of Houston's most intimate fine dining establishments. The Lancaster offers a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning in the Mezzanine. The private Gallery seats up to 12 for board meetings, presentations, or small gatherings, with a dedicated organizer coordinating custom menus created by the Executive Chef.

The Lancaster Hotel is superbly located at the northeast corner of Texas Avenue and Louisiana Street in downtown Houston.
