the staff was really friendly (i especially appreciated the receptionists).
The housekeeping was not very good. they did not change the bed sheets at all. there was a dead fly near the bathtub for days. It showed a lack of care for cleanliness and proper housekeeping.

the housekeeping service needs serious improvement. dirty dishes sat unwashed in the sink for days, attracting fruit flies. bed linens were not changed , which i found unhygienic.. it disrupted my sleep despite the otherwise comfortable room.

i found the housekeeping subpar . my room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, and i had to request fresh towels from the reception. this lapse in cleanliness impacted the overall comfort i expected from my room.
