The room included a fridge and air conditioning (a lifesaver in the heat). The WiFi signal was consistently strong throughout my stay, which allowed me to work without interruptions.
The hot water took a while to come through in the shower.

the staff were helpful. miss luana provided great assistance with directions and taxi bookings. the owner helped with directions upon arrival. i got accommodated with a bigger room as i requested. the hotel location is close to the tram, practically at the doorstep.
the soundproofing could be improved.

Adequate Stay with Location Drawbacks
thin wallsbathroom odor
I encountered some issues . The lack of soundproofing was REALLY problematic. Noise from adjacent rooms was easily heard. there was a noticeable odor in the bathroom. I suspect it was from the drains. This affected the overall quality of my stay.
