The staff were kind and helpful, a great asset after my long flight. They upgraded my room due to my needs, which allowed me to recover faster. The hotel is close to a train station and a supermarket is nearby, so this was useful.
There were no cups in the room for water, a slight inconvenience.

The room was clean, offering comfortable beds and enough space for luggage. It included two separate toilets, a smart design for families or groups sharing the room. The big window let in lots of light.

A communal kitchen on the first floor had everything needed for meal preparation. This even included a washing machine. I noticed parking was available near the hotel for €10. There's also a supermarket located close to the hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially at reception. They seemed eager to assist. I saw them helping other guests with directions and local information. Their positive attitude was very noticeable.

Breakfast was good value, with a range of options to start the day. While I did not have time to prepare my own food, the kitchen facilities are available. There were also options for snacks downstairs!

i found the staff so kindly. they upgraded my stay due to the long flight i took and it really helped me to recover quicker. also, the location is very convenient because it is nearby a train station.
the comfort of the bed weren't great. when i arrived i found hairs in the shower and on the bathroom ceiling. also, i didn't find cups in rooms for water, that was strange.

The room felt a bit neglected. The tv didn't work at all . i told the staff, but nothing changed. They weren't able to fix it. also, the breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special really. the juice tasted kind of artificial. I expected better.

Aldi supermarket is right next door. This made getting supplies really easy. the kitchen allowed me to prepare my own meals (i made a killer pasta dish!).
i noticed the air conditioning was a bit loud at night.
