The comfort double or twin room was a good size for me. i appreciated that everything was clean. the beds were comfortable. I slept well each night. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations.

The bathroom seemed outdated. the sink was too low, it was awkward to use. the hand towel hanger was oddly placed. The towels almost touched the floor. the air conditioning system did not work properly .

i found the staff very friendly they were also helpful the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of delicious options catering to diverse tastes the bar offered lovely fusion food i chose to dine there almost every night because it was so amazing the hotel's location allowed easy access to tourist spots via walking or public transport the tv had casting options something i wish more hotels would consider

i noticed a slight inconvenience with the gym access it required a small fee plus a deposit for locker keys it would be nice if these facilities were included without extra charges

the breakfast buffet included many different food choices it really satisfied me the bar area had a nice style with lots of beer wine and mixed drinks available the food menu at the bar had choices different from the restaurant.

my room was large and it was on the fifth floor it was furnished comfortably the hotel provided the opportunity to exchange room cleaning for a complimentary coffee or drink the shower worked very well too.

the room was clean. the staff was helpful. the location is near public transport, specifically the tram. i found an atm nearby, convenient.

i forgot to order cutlery with my meal one night. i asked the reception for a fork, but they said they did not have one. the air conditioning was not functioning properly. i could not get it fixed .

the beds were comfy, with plenty of pillows provided.

The shower lacked soap in the bottles. It was quite annoying. also, my room's proximity to the elevator meant i heard it frequently at night. this small room had the tv positioned right at foot level, it caused me some anxiety.
