Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was conveniently located dead center of the Inner Harbor, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with basic amenities, but the lighting could be brighter. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The dining experience was superb, especially the homemade pastries. Overall, a great value for the money with a few minor drawbacks related to homelessness and drug-related issues in the area.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect for exploring Baltimore Inner Harbor and the surrounding attractions, with many restaurants within walking distance. The service was a mix of friendliness and a bit of snobbiness. The rooms had some issues with regards to air conditioning during a crucial moment, and there were discrepancies compared to the pictures I had seen before booking.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was superb, right on the pier in the heart of the Inner Harbor, making it easy to walk to everything, with great food, drinks, and views. However, the rooms were a bit disappointing due to a musty smell, lack of basic maintenance, and being somewhat old. The service was generally good but fell short in terms of maintaining cleanliness during my stay.
